Mental Health Matters by Jana Marie Foundation
Mental and emotional health are equally as important as physical well-being, yet stigma and shame surround the topics making them taboo to discuss. Our mental health matters because it can and does affect the way in which we live, laugh, love, and play.  By stepping up and engaging in conversations about why mental health matters, we can eliminate the silence and encourage help-seeking behaviors. Join us in writing about why Mental Health Matters to you.
