Compassion Resilience for Parents & Caregivers: Discussion Group

Join the Jana Marie Foundation in partnership with Schlow Library for a lunch-and-learn discussion, Compassion Resilience for Parents and Caregivers. In each weekly session, we will explore the role of compassion in parenting, especially how to build compassion resilience in the face of the inevitable fatigue that comes from round-the-clock caregiving and caretaking.  

When: Thursdays beginning September 28 and running through November 16 @ 12-1:15 PM 

Where: The Sunroom, 2nd floor, Schlow Library
