Throughout this workshop we focus on basic pattern recognition, improvised group drumming, social interaction, vocal toning (chanting) and breath work synchronized with rhythmic exercises. This is all done in a fun and supportive environment.
The workshop is designed to integrate mindfulness breathing techniques with drumming. During the workshop participants will begin to feel more and more connection with the natural rhythms of their life and the synergy that is created with the group.
No drumming experience needed. If you do not have a drum you can simply tap on your legs or on a table, or even turn a pot upside down.
