Like many, your tween or teen may be struggling to meet academic demands, peer pressures, and family expectations with constant worries about being "good enough," "fitting in," or "missing out." In this program you'll learn how to recognize the signs of unhealthy anxiety in your child, and what you both can do about it. You'll learn a practical 5-step approach for anxious kids (and parents) that uses mindfulness skills to relax the body, refocus the mind, and respond successfully in the face of fear.
