Welcome to Jana Marie Foundation’s Calming Room!  We are living through a unique time that seems to be filled with change and uncertainty. Naturally, this has led to all of us experiencing a variety of feelings. All of us at Jana Marie Foundation want you to know that your feelings are valid, no matter what they are.

We all need space to find moments of calm. This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, teachers, and caring adults to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and building resilience.
