I’ve been with the foundation since 2012. I started the organization 8 months after my older sister, Jana, died by suicide. I love the Jana Marie Foundation because it represents purpose born from love and resilience. What began as something deeply personal has grown into a mission that allows me to honor Jana’s life by supporting others with compassion and hope. It’s hard to choose just one thing I enjoy most, but at the heart of it all are the people. The individuals and families we serve continually inspire me with their strength, honesty, and trust, and the team I get to work alongside brings passion, heart, and dedication into everything we do. Together, we’ve built a community rooted in connection, empathy, and shared purpose, and I am deeply grateful for it every single day. I love being outdoors—hiking, camping, walking my dog, playing sports with my kiddo, and sitting by a campfire.
