Teen Depression Warning Signs

  • Feelings of hopelessness or helplessness
  • Anger, rage, or craving revenge
  • Expressions of having no reason for living; no sense of purpose
  • Restless, irritable, agitated or anxious
  • Feelings of being trapped
  • Withdrawal from friends, family and community
  • Dramatic mood changes
  • Reckless or impulsive behaviors
