About IGNITE!

Jana Marie Foundation’s Ignite! Program will immerse young people in engaging activities and experiences that promote mental and physical wellness and will assist participants in exploring their sense of purpose.

This one-day program focuses on personal growth, creative expression, self-confidence and social development.

Sample Schedule (From Spring 2023):

8:45am-9am: Registration
9am – 9:45am: Connection Games
9:45am – 10:30am: Artistic Expression
10:30am – 11:00am: Mindfulness Break
11:00am – 11:45m: Team Building Games
11:45am – 12:15pm: Lunch
12:15pm – 1:00pm: Mindful movement activity
